This Gauva recipe is awesome , slices of gauva paste in between the layers if batter , topped with a Gauva Buttercream , made with Gauva paste and Gauva juice.

Today I finally recieved my fondant logos ! So excited my cupcake buisness keeps getting more recognition and people I don’t even know are liking my work! It’s a great feeling! I love creating cupcakes! Sometimes even though its time consuming I can spend endless hours in the kitchen ! But it’s all worth it!

My dogs mean everything to me ! And lucky for them I know how to create stuff like this ! Making your own dog treats is more cost effective ! I made my Pupcakes with flour, vanilla , water and my pineapple and green peas topped with a whipped meringue icing !

What inspired me to do cupcakes? Well I started out doing cookies and I don’t know what happen but one day I was making cupcakes and the more I researched it and looked at all these amazing cupcakes I was inspired and determine to create fabulous cupcakes! So I began by selling at the farmers market on a few occasions I worked day and day out baking and creating ! I had good days and bad days but it was still fun ! I made it my buisness , starting thinking about flavors ,ideas and packaging , branding , logos I wAs so motivated and inspired by what I was seeing all over the Internet ! It’s a wonderful buisness to have ! I am dedicated to donating and baking for a good cause I am big on giving back ! Sometimes this is not easy starting a cupcake buisness alot of work goes into it especially if your a one woman show! I like bieng my own boss ! One day I would love to have a store front ! Right now it’s just special order only ! I make everything from scratch I believe in natural things ! So I sometimes make my own decorations out of fondant ! It’s the best feeling ever when you can make it all from scratch ! I keep my packaging simple yet elegant ! I go with the rustic theme! My favorite !
